I’ve never done boxing before, is that okay?

Yes absolutely! Our program is designed to help you feel empowered no matter what experience you start with.

What equipment do I need for training?

Boxing is a cheap sport, outside from regular gym attire, you’ll need 180 inch hand wraps if you’re an adult or 120 inches if you’re a child.

Then you’ll need boxing gloves. Typically 12 or 14 oz gloves for most adults while children are 8 to 10 oz.

Yes! We are a private training facility not open to the general public. This assures we have all our focus on you during training.
